I arrived from out of state to deal with my mother's estate and did not know the local housing market. Pricing was different than housing in the West. Cindy was realistic and professional in working with me. She highlighted the issues and concerns for the estate so I could address them. Once I returned to my home, I received regular progress updates. When a concern from a potential buyer popped up, she would consult me and give me options. She had numerous contacts for skilled local people who could address every issue. I authorized a couple of repairs remotely through her network. Because of Cindy's planning, advertising, assistance, and dedication, the home sold quickly. She definitely earned her commission.

She was the BEST. I had been in contact with 2 other agents from Berkshire Hathawasy Realty and felt like I had to do all the work, and they just showed me the homes (some of the homes). I had to send them the homes I was interested in and they'd see what they could do. I t took days to get any word back about looking at the houses any many were off the market before I even had a chance to see them. They made me feel like I had to do all the work and they just closed the deal. Cindy was the exception to the deal. She was the listing agent and was terrific with her customer service.
